THIS IS WHAT WE DO BEST:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FOR SMALL COMPANIES:

When you are a small business, you have to do it all, or most of it. With time, your focus starts to change, and suddenly you realize you didn't put enough effort onto developing new channels, and business might start to struggle.

Sounds familiar?

We've all been there, is what we call the Small Business Syndrome (SBS).

But, who has the time and money to hire consultants? Who guarantees the work? What if it doesn't work and I end up wasting my money?

After years of experience putting together our own businesses, we decided to take the best practices and put it to the service of other business owners, without breaking their pockets, and sometimes, without even getting paid upfront.

That's Business Development for Small Companies, we think as a small business owner and work on a baby-steps framework to test ideas before putting investment into them, in order to anticipate the outcome and influence it as needed.

INCOME DEVELOPMENT FOR NON-PROFITS:

Behind are the days when non-profits had an easy moment raising money for their causes.

Today, non-profits face a reality that, up until now, was strange to this market. It's called competition.

Believe or not, competition is not exclusively for for-profit businesses. Anything that gives a target person, the ability to choose, creates competition. Applied to the non-profit industry, it means, donors have the power to fund your non-profit, or the next one, and the most compelling one, will get funded.

So, how can non-profits change this? Simply by understanding that, although they don't pay dividends, everything inside a non-profit is similar, if not equal, to a for-profit business.

You have to have strategies, thinks of donors as customers, give value not only to your users, but to your donors, and find those unique benefits that will make you stand out and get the attention.
